Luxe Cosmetics was created to provide high quality eyelash services and to enhance one’s natural beauty. We provide various eyelash styles from classic and chic to daring and dramatic to suit any clients needs. Our mission is to enhance the beauty and confidence of our clients inside and out.

Booking Policy
A $20 Non Refundable Deposit is required to secure your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule one time with your deposit. No deposit No appointment.** NO REFUNDS **
No extra guest is allowed. Please use restroom before arriving to your appointment.
You have a 5 minute grace period to arrive after your original appointment time. After those 5 minutes has passed there is a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes you will have to reschedule your appointment.
A 24 hour confirmation text message will be sent out, you have until 11 pm the night before your appointment to confirm or it will be cancelled. If you have to cancel/schedule your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No Call/No Show clients will be charged a cancellation fee and will not be allowed to book any future services.Late Cancellations/Rescheduling will be charged half of service price .
CONSENT FORM
• I agree to have eyelash extensions applied to my natural eyelashes and/or removed and retouch .By signing this agreement, I consent to the placement and/or removal of the eyelash extensions by the certified eyelash extension professional.
• I understand that in rare occasions there are risks associated with having artificial eyelashes and eyelash extensions applied to or removed from my natural eyelashes. I further understand that in rare cases as part of the procedure eye irritation and discomfort could occur. I agree that if I experience any of these conditions with my lashes that I will contact the certified eyelash extension professional that performed this procedure and it may be beneficial to have the eyelashes removed.
• I understand and agree to the after-care instructions provided by the certified eyelash extension professional for the use and care of my eyelash extensions. I realize and accept the consequences of failure to adhere to these instructions may cause the eyelash extensions to fall out and/or decrease the time the lashes will last.
• I have informed the certified eyelash extension professional of any health conditions/ allergies.
